Bad Experience - return

Ordered $400 of Ricci Flatware and was shipped wrong items with incorrect items on packing list. Rue refued to send the right material and refused to credit my card unti 10 days after ther receive the wrong items back. No offer to correct and no offer to offset my bad experience. All the risk is on me that this Ricci can get the return correct. All I heard is sorry for your experience and there is nothing I can do!
