Rue La La has THE WORST customer service!! - The mechandise ordered were Christmas gifts.
Rue La La promised an order that they received payment on by the 21 of December. They hire Fed Ex to ship but then Fed Ex subs the delivery to the USPS. Fed Ex supplies a tracking # only until the package hits USPS who does not provide a tracking #. The address Rue La La put on the shipping label was 1 and the city and state I live in. So the USPS returned the package but of course without a tracking # when they returned the pkg to "shipper" who I assume is Fed Ex. Rue La La has no idea where the pkg is 13, yes 13 days after it was returned. When I call the joke of a "concierge" department I am told they have to contact the "returns" department and it can take 1-3 days (unbelievable) to hear back from them. Well the 3 days has come and gone and I got 4 different reasons why I need to give them more time. To top it off...once the pkg hits the "returns" department it can take 10-15 days to get the pkg sent back out. Save yourself the trouble people...it just isn't worth working with LIARS and INCOMPETENTS!! My calls and emails to the CEO MARK McWEENY have also gone unanswered! WTH
